"What a fantastic business and team. We found Patios by Paul through an online search. We wanted to use a local and independent business for the installation of our patio and surrounding path works. Paul visited us to quote, and from that point onwards communication was great, keeping us updated at regular intervals during the build up to the works starting, Paul and Ian started our job as scheduled, and both worked diligently preparing the ground before laying the slabs. Both guys were extremely pleasant, hard working and took pride in the job they were doing, We couldn't be more delighted with the results. " Our experience with Patios by Paul Ltd began maybe 18 months ago when we requested a quote for some work. Our initial impression was very positive, Paul was thorough, listened to what we required and responded as agreed with the quote.
The work was actually in two parts, a restoration of an existing patio area and then the creation of a new, raised area. Both were completed at the same time and despite the challenges of the weather Paul and the team worked really hard to get the work done as scheduled. They communicated well throughout and kept us informed of progress, timescales and any issues. A small team, we were pleased with the way they worked and any issues we highlighted or requests we made were dealt with.
Overall, we are really satisfied with the work and are in fact looking at another project which we discussed with Paul and will take forward in 2025. No hesitation in recommending them at all. "

" What started out as a simple hard landscaping/occasional parking area, nearly became a drama when Paul discovered the cause of some long standing damp issues - a non existent soakaway!
Some extra work (mainly digging) and we now have a proper job and hopefully no more damp issues.
Paul's team took it all in their stride. 👍👍👍
